RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

 

We place strong emphasis on the supervision and safety of each camper. We take great pride in our ability to provide a secure environment for all participants. All campers are required to follow the rules and regulations set by the camp. Each individual is accountable for their behavior, and any violations will be addressed accordingly. The Directors maintain the right to dismiss any camper who fails to adhere to the camp's guidelines. Camp registration fees will not be refunded should any camper be dismissed for rule violations.

 

 

Safety First: We emphasize the importance of safety during all activities, including proper warm-up exercises, equipment usage and supervision.

 

Respect and Sportsmanship: It is important that all individuals show respect towards one another, whether they are on the court or off it. Additionally, we emphasize the values of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.

 

Code of Conduct: We strictly prohibit any form of bullying, use of inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior towards directors, coaches, teammates, or opponents. Such actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

 

Attendance and Punctuality: Your child's skill development is a significant investment, and we are dedicated to ensuring their growth. Attendance and punctuality play a vital role in their progress, as being on time for sessions is essential. If your child is unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify the Directors in advance, as this allows us to plan accordingly. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

 

Equipment and Uniforms: Each participant will receive 2 camp shirts on the first day (Additional shirts available for purchase). Please remind your child to wear a clean shirt to camp each day. It is also mandatory for campers to wear suitable gym attire, which includes appropriate basketball shorts and athletic shoes.

 

Health and Medical Information: Please provide any necessary medical information, including allergies or pre-existing conditions, to ensure your child's safety during the camp.

 

Illegal Substances: We strictly prohibit the use of any substances, including tobacco, vapes, alcohol, and drugs, during the camp. Our priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants, and we want to promote positive choices and behaviors. 

 

Electronic Devices: In order to promote active engagement and minimize distractions, the use of all electronics is restricted to authorized personnel and designated times. We encourage participants to fully immerse themselves in the camp experience, focus on skill development, and foster meaningful connections with coaches and teammates. In case of emergencies, participants can leave their devices with camp staff for safekeeping.

 

Personal Property: Participants should NOT bring their own basketball or wear any jewelry.

 

Food and Beverages: Participants should bring their own lunch and/or snacks. They should also bring a water, sports drink, or non-alcoholic beverage of their choice. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Funds can be deposited directly through our Registration Page or purchases can be conveniently made via Venmo, Cashapp or Apple Pay.

 

Camp Safety: In order to ensure the safety and security of all campers, we enforce a stringent policy that prohibits campers from leaving the camp premises without obtaining prior consent from camp staff or authorized guardians. This policy is designed to maintain a controlled environment and to keep track of the whereabouts of all participants at all times. We prioritize the well-being and supervision of our campers, and we appreciate your cooperation in following this policy.
