The United Basketball Academy is a non-profit youth basketball organization that unites kids from inner cities and their surrounding suburban communities, by providing them with an inclusive and supportive environment to develop skills and foster meaningful connections.
With a focus on celebrating differences and commonalities through leadership and team building activities, The United Basketball Academy empowers participants both on and off the court.
We strive for excellence in basketball and as a meaningful community organization, improving the future for our local youth. We value our people and motivate them to have fun, develop and respect themselves and others.
The staff value and respect each player and take an interest in the player's development in basketball and as a person. We expect several characteristics from players, including effort and utmost respect for counselors, referees, parents, teammates and themselves.
